Heres a nice 1967 Lincoln Cent, I would think just because of the doubling on LIBERTY, would make this a new DDO, the date (67) has nice doubling...
The O in ONE has a nice die grove, and flaten, with some doubling most noticeable in UNITED, and weakens out as it goes down the motto...
I had this coin posted in the canadian error forms over at coin community, and I was told this is a hammer T variety, and is very rare, don't know...
