XF 45. The scratches on the holder must be pretty severe. On the obverse it does look cleaned, while on the reverse its harder to tell.
Nice set! The 1934 in the lower row looks to have been cleaned, but the rest look like environmental toning.

Looks like the same note- doesn't appear to me that it's been worked with. Different grading criteria possibly?
Nice luster- MS 65. Wouldn't be surprised by a PL grade, either.
Seems natural. Artificial toning would usually be very flashy and noticeable- on your coin you have a light, subtle color.
