I was going through some BU 1982-P LD cents and found one without Lincoln on the reverse. Thoughts? [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
It is sometimes hard to capture color variations when photographing a single coin, here is an interesting red color I saw while sorting 1970's BU...
o_O I have found 4 so far (out of a couple hundred)...seems strange a spill would not get the reverse on number 2 above, it is on the obv/rev on...

Not sure what caused this but wanted to share with the group and get feedback. [ATTACH]
I noticed the reverse had something going on. Notice the corner of the "E" in CENT, the "E" in ONE and the break near the right lower balcony....
This is an interesting cent in that it looks like there is an extra thick area around the ear which was flattened, extra thickness on the jaw and...
I think it shows up really well in the "E"; notice the ends of the letters in your photo and mine match. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I believe you are right...it has the same marks on the "ONE CENT" as Wexler's #5. Thanks.
I checked 4 of these and the "F" and "G" look doubled with the "G" actually having a center line thru the arc of the letter. In the top bar of...
Thanks. I noticed in Wexler's all the doubled dies "T"'s for 1959-P share this trait.

Notice the Left top of the "T" in LIBERTY is much longer than the Right. Any significance? [ATTACH]
I have some BU 1959-P and have been looking for the DDO's; I turned them over and noticed several of them have what appears to be doubling...
