I would call it wear, there is a little bit of corrosion or gunk next to the devices. The coin is definitely a later die stage.

Both sides are needed for a designation. That being said, grading proofs from photos is nearly impossible. The surfaces look like it could go CAM.
It may be the RPM you posted but with the damage to the date and MM it doesn't hold much value. The MM placement looks correct.
Minor strikethroughs, or laminations do not hold much of a premium. My guess is that the flaw on the obverse would bring down the eye appeal with...

There really isn't many varieties. the 79P wide border, and the 99P DDO are about it. I don't know of any others.
