If you can buy the major off center dimes for $10 or thereabouts, that's a very good price, imo

Looks like it's within Mint tolerance, which officially is 27 degrees. I've found that almost all collectors want a Minimum of 45 degrees.
Official US Mint tolerance is 27 degrees. They are not collectable, I've found, unless they are at least 45 degrees rotated. Hope this info helps.
