MS69 on current bullion means little to me. I feel a MS69 in those is equal to a MS63 in Morgan dollars. Not awesome but not horrible either....
I for one have cleaned some coins, ones that already have little to no numismatic value to them. Acetone does a pretty good job getting gunk off...

NGC is at the top for world coinage. I see a LOT of high dollar stuff in their slabs, much more so than PCGS.
