Lets see, 1943-S Mercury 60,400,000 Mintage.... F to VF I'm going to say about $3.50 - $4.00 maybe a bit more on eBay. Just my two cents.

Half dollars Always come in $500 box's I believe, Any Chase or BofA can order them for you if you ask the right teller
Ebay USPS postage due to ease of use, it's a little cheaper than USPS regular prices.
