Don't have that edition. But what number are they giving it? I can look it from that.
Don't see anything, just wear. With over 118 million made the dies were for sure to show signs of die deterioration.
It doesn't compare to any RPM's I've seen.
Could be a defect on the die. Dents, small gouge or even corrosion of the zinc.
You might want to compare it to the 1952D-1MM-019. Check the markers.
Is that a bit of corrsion to the right of the mintmark?

The first coin doesn't look like a struck thru. Usually it won't take out all the detail such as the star. The other looks like a struck thru....
