The Gold Set is sold out, and both the gold and silver sets (3 coins total per set) contain a Reverse proof, which is not sold individually.
Why sell it? Just dip it yourself :D

For $40 that is a deal, looks to be a solid EF - AU, depending on how much luster remains. I see no signs of of severe whizzing, though it does...
The 'AM' in America on the reverse looks very weak or worn, if that has to do with the photo- EF-45- if it's on the coin- VF-35
