I would take the 62, nicer looking coin and also a good deal.
Better eye appeal, but it all depends on price. This date in MS jumps pretty significantly with each point as long as the coin is not outright ugly.
The black blotches are somewhat distracting, but that's still a very good deal. These are really tough to find in MS.
I've read about instances of their certified coins not showing up in their own database. I think it may be due to coins that were certified before...
