Wow! That '21-S is a $500 coin!
If it's real gold and made to spec, there's almost $200 in gold in it.
Well it's a $400 coin if not damaged, so I'd want it authenicated for sure. Despite the problems, $200 is a good price if it's genuine.
$24.80 silver would be a 20% downturn from it's recent high. We're already 11% off the high as we speak so a 20% pullback from $31 seems likely...

The 1921 Peace dollar is a high relief design and the first year of issue. It is desired in all grades but not hard to find.
MS64 and around $90 would be a guess. NIce looking coin.

The obverse has VG8 locked up pretty good and has a shot at VG10. The reverse is G04 at best. G06 would have been a better grade but the obverse...

I voted MS64 but a low end 65 it is! I have to wonder if some of the color didn't come after it was slabbed??
Don't know how much an overdate will effect the value but auction records for this piece are around $600.
$750 would be a good price for it. Me? I wouldn't pay more than that because it's a common date and the slab doesn't really add any value unless...

A 70 graded coin should appear flawless under a 5X glass. A 69 might have a tiny imperfection at 5X but no more than 1 or 2 miniscule flaws.
The VDB looks VF20 to me. The IHC around G06. Both need to be in major TPG slabs to buy.
Check the weight and diameter. Should weigh 16.7 grams and be 27mm in diameter. As noted above, melt value is over $650 so be very careful!
