i become a menber of ngc so i can get some of my proofs graded, the paper work said they want the coins put in a flip but if i would put a proof...
then how do people get the d-cam 70 proof graded, you cant get a coin like that in a roll of eagles.
if you got 10 boxed proof eagles from the mint and send them in for grading in a flip how many would come back graded pr-70 from PCGS
