I've made this mistake, and chances are, it is from being on an end of a roll and the automatic machine flattened it.
Thanks, my thought was that the de-lamination started at the end of the edge crack and went southeast. Thanks for the help.
Does it add to the discussion that the crack extends to the rim and slightly over the edge?[ATTACH]
