I would have to say "No". For less than the cost of grading, you can buy an entire roll of spotless Red Gems of that date/mm...much more suitable...

The weakness of IGWT is interesting.
The obverse rim from 10:00-02:30 seems rough. Perhaps it's the photography, but the luster also seems subdued. There are too many shadows to see...
