Yea i was thinking maybe the roll was coming apart and someone put a rubberband across it to keep the paper from opening up ....but who knows ;)
its just the lighting placement, just a shadow. ;)
i was thinking that but i have never seen one for anything other than the dollars.
the note was more than likely pressed which is why it looks so clean, if you look at the note under UV lighting you can see creases the naked eye...
