It's exactly the same as any 4 doubles but its medal alignment.
Can anyone tell me more about medal alignments of these coins as far as in aware they are all coin ? The one I have is medal that's all..

Yeah that's the one alot of con-artists on eBay then referring to Krause saying 40 dollars when they are only VF ! I have wondered for a while...
