What's a fair offer assuming I like the coin?
Seller is asking $70.

Coins graded by a company in that business. The coin is locked into a plastic holder [ slab ] to give it permanency.See the above photo.
It's what is done now but when slabbed coins were first created it wasn't so.
Many years ago they would not accept a cleaned coin for grading.
Why does this slabbed coin not have only a listed grade? Why does it show " MS60 Details"

There must be something you can use by placing it next to a window just for the photos. As far as using other methods it's all in experimenting...
The problem with using a bulb or another single source light it is uneven or gives a harsh or hot spot. Your photo shows a hot spot on the top left.
