I have a question about cross over, will the grading service allow cross over to a higher grade? I was under the impression they will keep it at...

Coin covers should fit in FDC albums as long as they are standard size. There are lots of different FDC albums by different manufacturers.

most common grade for uncirculated 1955 s cent is ms66, so far only 1 ms68 have been graded by pgcs none by ngc.
this one as affordable :) ngc or pcgs probably won't even grade that one. pcgs ms66 sold for $345000 at Heritage
