I wouldn't buy any expensive American coins from outside of North America...too risky.
Buffalos with 3 legs are very rare, I doubt the one you saw at the coin shop is genuine. Especially in Lebanon.
I have seen some harshly cleaned AU coins certified by NGC with grades.

Both are great coins with much better eye appeal than coins of the same grade, even better eye appeal than some higher grade coins. But I like...
Some are selling for way more than expected. A MS66 1892 columbian sold for over $3000 and 2 grant with star MS64 sold for over $4000.
$444 is within the range of PR66 sale price at auctions.

I have seen many MS65 and MS66 coins with fingerprint on it...
Maybe your best shot is at a local dealer, who may not have heard about it. I doubt you can find internet dealer that will sell for under $500

64 or 65, don't see any marks on it. color is probably off on picture, i guess it's normal silver color not gold.
The strike does look very weak, you might consider sending it to one of the certification companies.
Do they combine shipping for different auctions? I have won numerous coins from them too, but always gets separate shipment for each auction....
