well... i have a 1999 $1 w/ sn F77444477A, a 1999 $10 w/ sn BB47774744C, and a 1999 $20 w/ sn BC77774777A... the $10 and $20 were found in cerc....
I'm looking for a particular note... a 1999 $5 with the serial number to contain only 4's and 7's... does anybody know where i can look other than...
my guess is it's a cow-lick
