Purchased this a while back from North East Num. I need to retake the picture, it was before i crossed it from NGC to PCGS in a cloudy old fatty...
that seller is known for using metal polish on coins.
PCGS is usually more conservative on a lot more things than NGC has been, but as of late NGC has been very conservative.
It was left in a felt box for about 20 years with a few other Ikes. They have similar toning to this one but not as vibrant. :D

ditto :hug: I would suggest you invest in a UV light, and a frosted piece of plastic (that covers over the flourescent strip lights) place the UV...
The note could be the cleanest looking thing in the world to the naked eye, if they put it under UV lighting and find creases it will severely...
no i understand, wasnt getting snappy at you :). I just thought it was strange they both match, and both received the same grade of MS66 ;)
