The thing about this quarter is , the extra beak is the same height as the beak , with machine doubling , I thought it was a way lower height....

I didn't explain it good either. In the initials the "FG" the "G" the top comes shorter than the bottom. That design was intended for 1989 right?....
Reading up on newer varieties I come up on a 1988 d penny the "G" does not line up. The top of the "G" stops shorter, than the bottom

I have alot of 1990 no mint marks,this one has a raised crack on the "reverse" side. The crack even goes over onto the memorial part of the steps....
