I checked that link, clicked on "1960 small date " it doesn't mention the" rpm "however mentions the top of the" tail " of the "6" if it's longer...

I graphed the letters I thought the "1" is supposed to be higher than the "9" and the "0" is to be the same height as the "9" couch collectables...
I can't see any rpm on the "D"

I have 29 1960 all the same small dates!. They are all the same. In the year the 9&0 line up even. Does that make it a true small date...
