How would you tell a weak strike from wear when the luster is gone?

It is possible to change the coin's appearance (toning) after it has been slabbed. I've never seen a slab opened and the coin removed/changed.
I received the same. This is good news for me as i'm just holding the order open as a free position on gold.

Cac is a tpg that dosen't slab coins. They are a year or so old i believe. They are essentially a second opinion verifying the grade with a green...
