Supposedly the sms sets of 64 have a decernable satin finish to the fields. I've never seen one. But could be just what you're saying as well.
It's hard to tell from these pics. In the NGC reference pic, In God We Trust is doubled clearly an the 9 in the date shows clear doubling as well....
