Don't know if you followed the post from beginning, but this coin is in a new NGC slab and did not meet the res price at $1,925.00...

If it WAS cleaned, I don't think it was done with a rotary power tool...ie. whizzed.
An interesting grading on this coin...I think it looks cleaned. Click on the Ebay link and it shows the slab. I also checked it on the NGC...
Note the "scratches" all appear to be in a N-S direction...and I don't see the same thing on the slab.
I didn't put up the other pics because of the holder. It's a new NGC slab...(not saying that they can't be scratched)...AU55 PL, good job insider!...
Wanted to see what the experts thought...I really feel the scratches are on the coin.
