The split lower serif indicates an rpm, CopperCoins 111-114 for that date.

The mint mark looks to have a split serif on the bottom, maybe top, which would make it one of the small date rpm's. Nice chips. It might also...

Check CudsOnCoins "spikeheads", this appears to be an 02 or 03 for this year.
