Couldn't agree more. I have to laugh every time I see a PCI slab. The grading standards (if there are any) are pretty loosely interpreted.
I never used TarnX, but probably because I had a father who really liked a coin with it's surfaces untouched. I bought a morgan about 2 yrs ago...

I think it has been inadvertently coated with something. You can see flow lines on the left side of the obverse and the reverse (see pic). But...
