Yes it has some smooth spots and the copper band covers most of it all around .Here's some pics thanks for the input.
This is a 1998 P Dime it has doubling on the date and P let me know if u see it too.
Found this nice 1966 quarter has varieties in obverse and reverse side what do you think. Hope you can see the pics.
