Doesn't look like any raised or displaced metal on the obverse. Damage on the reverse, I believe. Odd they anomaly is almost in the same position...
1914 D Lincoln. And, of course, the 09 s vdb
There's a reputable coin shop near me that I've done business with before. They are temporarily closed, but I don't think they'd sell a fake
Just a question, maybe unanswerable, but what do you guys think is a reasonable price to pay for a decent ungraded 1914 d cent. Aside from the 09...
This thing is pretty rough, but I can't decide whether it's PMD or something else. Upper right on the memorial.
Thanks!
Not sure what's going on on the reverse here, maybe just zinc rot? Any opinion welcome.
Cool! Into a flip it goes.
Thanks! Yeah, not exactly workin with the best equipment here. Appreciate any opinion, and the coin is pretty beat up anyway
Not in the best of shape, but is that a crack or damage on top of Abe's head?
My head was rotated that night. The 1916 is cool, but normal
5 rolls into a Loomis box, found these. I think the '16 is a rotated die, maybe 20 degrees?
I posted the reverse
What would cause the effect above abe's head, in the motto?
Yeah, no ess. Lost a lot of silver to a burglary by kids in 1995, still hurts
Looks like it was minted yesterday.....well, almost!
Gotta wonder where this has been hiding for 76 years. Found in a Loomis roll today
