Welcome to the forum.
I use a Sony DSC-HX9V which works well for me. [IMG] [IMG]
Your pictures are of a dime and so is the OP's. What are you trying to show us?
The picture is a little fuzzy but from what I see and by the weight of the coin I'd say a die chip with post mint damage to the eight.
They are lines caused when they clean up the dies, thus they are called 'die polish lines'. Or another reason could be Planchet striations.
Looks like the Coneca RPM1 alright. Nice find.
I would'nt toss it.
How about a picture of the date then.. All I see is a picture of all the polishing lines. Maybe a few shots from other angles also. Thanks and...
Looks like some glue. Try some acetone to remove it.
Go to the main page 'Error coins' and click on 'open new thread'
What is the weight of this coin. It also looks like a small date. It could be a bubble or a die break/chip.
Post Mint Damage, for sure but I still love those Walkers.
Using acetone is not considered "cleaning" a coin as acetone is not capable of chemically reacting with coinage metals under normal circumstances....
Have you tried pure acetone to clean the glue, if that is what it is?
Those are some pretty cool numbers. However they're not enough repetition to get excited about. I would think that more of the same number or it...
Oh thank goodness it's you, I thought it was jazzcoins. Welcome back!!
