I received a 2005 mint set and the P set of quarters has two Minnesota quarters; missing the Oregon. How common is this?

Just as an FYI, it was MS65. I broke it out of the holder and put it into my change pile to prevent some other poor soul from getting it in a slab.

What grade do you guys think this coin is? It is a 1943 S with a weak strike on the date and mint mark. I just want to get some opinions versus...
I don't think using an ultrasonic bath, soap or baking soda to remove corrosion is cleaning a coin, but I am not an expert.
I think another big problem with adoption is cashiers tend to give out bills over dollar coins and the merchants just take the profit to the bank.
The problem with RFID is security. You can easily modify data written to a device with RFID.
