Slightly off center at date. There is a depression under the 9 with a hole that also goes up under the 9.

Slightly off center obverse with mental in/under G (GOD), GOD appears GOO and IN GOD WE are at the very edge where there is no rim.
obverse looks as if it was printed through cheese cloth and the reverve as well but, it also has "waves" through the bottom half.
