my question is about the 6 in the date. some looks like post mint with the top of the loop appearing to be doubled.

to me that 9 ,the u in trust, and the b in liberty .The u seems to have destortion to the southeast, while the b appears to have serif in topeast
normally don't look at dimes much, but found this one which might have some potential. what does everyone think ?

seems like there are more without designers initals than there are with them in the early 70's
the letters do look the same but did the same thing happen to the windows also. they look like they are seperate
