If it was CU, someone would likely pay a premium for it. It being circulated, it would need to be three digits or lower to get much over face....

The serial isn't low enough to demand much of a premium, but the star note should.

Unfortunately this is the best pic I could get. It has diagonal lines all over the obverse and reverse. I have never seen anything quite like it....
I meant the last second of 2011, which is either 23:59:59 or 24:00:00. In the Navy, we go from 23:59:59 to 24:00:00, then 24:00:00 to 00:00:01....
