Yeah, the hair detail is pretty weak. That's what's throwing me off a lot.
But anyway, I'm looking for your guys opinion of were the wear (no pun intended) is. I see the flatness in the hair, and first interpreted this as...
I got 27 grams, don't be alarmed guys, my scale doesn't go decimal.
I think it's part of the chop mark, but I'm not 100% sure.
I will double check this, but I am not sure if my scale is fine enough to tell.
You're right that some are more to the right, however, I think there are multiple die varieties or something, because I just checked on heritage,...
I wondered about the polishing too, but then I thought that there's no way it could have been because of the mirrorlike fields. I can actually see...
I bought this a long time ago from a reputable dealer, so there's little doubt in my mind that it is genuine. It, for some reason, has a proof...

I don't know, I compared this to some certified MS coins and couldn't find any difference. I'm not denying what you're saying, though I'd be...
Oh yeah, I definitely noted that when I received the coin, but it didn't look that way at all in person even under scrutiny. I was actually pretty...

I actually was suspicious of the same thing, mostly the light corrosion, and figured that if it was corroded and/or cleaned, I'd return it. When I...
Yeah, I know. Richard, here is a picture that shows the hair detail more. Comparing this to other coins, it doesn't seem like any hair detail is...
I might. I freaked out a little when somebody said VF-35 because I paid substantial money for this, even though I studied the coin very carefully...
