If a coin isn't rare it always pays to be patient until you find the best one at the best price.
Personally I would want my money back. That green spot is definitely concerning. There are lots of these out there, you can do better.
I always look at past eBay sales to get a gauge on what people are paying for an item. Auction history is generally a pretty good indicator.
Personally with the current gold to Silver ratio I would much prefer to have 86 oz of silver. But that's just me.
