And if you do buy high grades, DO NOT CLEAN THEM! That will seriously hurt there value.

I don't see any wear on the '82S, but if you think there's wear, I'd say AU58. If uncirculated, I'd say MS-62 or 63.
No issues for me. I've sniped a few times, a lot of the time losing.

I realize that this one won't carry a premium over melt, however I wasn't sure what the grade was. I figured I should learn to grade better...
