I would guess that most people who are not sellers are not that concerned about feedback. Like most people here, I have been on both sides of it....

After getting the fake bank information they ask to verify your identity. Just give them your full name, ss#, birthday, etc...
Just for fun I tried to place an order with a fake address and apparently you have to give them your credit card info or your bank account...

I don't know if this is typical but I find at least one 1964 in each roll I open. It is hard to imaging them ever having a value above face or melt.
