There are none this year from the mint. When silver was around $11 a proof was about $20 from the mint.

You could always piggyback with someone on this thread. I have some coins I need to be graded also.
My thinking was that zinc is much more reactive than copper and would do a better job of reacting with any sulfides.
I just use pliers.
Is the BU cent being used as a sacrifice to use up any reactive substances in the bag? A piece of zinc would do a better job.

I just bought a complete set w/ proofs and silvers. Unfortunately they all of green pvc damage that I'm going to have to clean up.
No amount of silver plating would affect the sound, no matter how heavy.
