I think it’s less NGC is tougher and moreso PCGS is becoming loose. On strike designations NGC has always been more strict.
I have seen that obverse before, but every time I see it anew it really scares me. :D
Gorgeous Buffalo nickel. I’d say 5.8.
Cloudy proofs don't do much for me. I'm around a 2.

Very attractive little coin. The haymarking is also quite pleasing - very common on issues of this era and not distracting on this example.
The quarter from Paul M I’d put at 4.4. Extremely attractive!
That Rosie is gorgeous. I'd be at 5.5

The obverse appears to have some hairlines and rub, so I don’t think AU is out of the question. Could be just the pictures.
On the 70% dark toned 1883-O Morgan, I’d be around a 2.8. Not attractive obverse toning to me. Opinions may vary.
Picked up this lovely Polish coin a couple weeks ago. It arrived today, and I'm very happy with it. It features the Vytis on the reverse, which...
I hope your psychiatrist can help you with your problems.
@ddddd : I'd give that dime a 4.8. Very attractive little coin with two-side toning. The obverse toning is pretty unique for this series/date....
Not uncommon at all. Newman was classically conservative in his scribbles on his envelopes and in his purchasing of coins. EF --> MS65 may be...
