The curious part of that theory, as it relates to Jefferson Nickels, is that CACG is only going to give full steps to coins that have 6 full...
I thought the coin was an MS67FS but the rims would prevent 67 and they would net grade it to MS66+FS. MS65 is beyond the pale.
So here is the thing. If you were 2.5 grades high, who was wrong, you or NGC? I have never seen you be 2.5 grades off a Jefferson Nickel.
