Yes this one works too. I keep a whole bag of just 1982 pennies because I am too lazy to check them all.
One way is to weigh them copper is 3.11 grams and zinc is 2.6 if my memory is correct. And personally I can tell the differnce by flicking them...
If I remember correctly the mint marks are hand punched into the dies, so that always leaves room for differences in placement.
