Cool looking damage!
I have this for now, unfortunately it is damaged, and copper. It is still a cool coin though. [ATTACH]

It may just be the pics, but there is nothing unusual about that coin from what I can see.
In my opinion, it has been worked on. It is too worn to be that nice otherwise.

Agreed. NGC will either try to NCS it, which is not worthwhile, or send it back as damaged. Too many issues for a details grade.
Looks pretty normal to me.
