If I had to guess, I would say PF67/PF68. But again, it is tough with proof coins.
Proof coins are tough to grade, especially in pictures. The plastic on the 2 x 2 does not help.

Those all look like regular circulated pennies to me. Any irregularities can be attributed to PMD.
