Well if you think that it is worth more then the morgan to you go ahead and buy it i would say it is a pretty fair offer :)
It is right no both of ngc and pcgs website's it says check cert number ! Then type it in and if it is good it will come up !!
JUst research the slab number usually their sound be no problem their are fake slab coins but it is not that common !!
Well if its a ms63 i would say it is worth in the 200-250 range !! so i guess that would be a pretty good deal but i don't know how much people...
