Are you saying the coin is not genuine?
Remember, rare coins are actually rare. Most coins are not going to be rare, unless you specifically buy a rare coin, like a 1909 S VDB Cent.

May be Spanish 1 escudo gold coins. One has what appears to be a Mexico City mint mark, but it is hard to tell. Your photos are very small and fuzzy.
