I think the reverse marking was made by some type of packaging, I have seen it explained before but don't remember the specifics. If it was tape...
I imagine that there was little or no toning premium, I'll go $10.00 for the slab.
This half was actually being auctioned on TT when I posted it, the high bid was at $90 when the auction ended however it was not listed as "sold"...
