i agree the coins are in hands of few (23000 to 26000 collectors) unless they break up the bags or rolls. the satin mint sets could be in hands...

Doesn't the 2009 heritage coin look lightly cleaned? there seem to be many horizontal lines.

Not so easy to make money, if you sell for $126, ebay and paypal fee will cost at least $10, leaving you a profit of about $16 each... PCGS cost...
great find, have never seen a brown seal in circulation.
+ is high end for the grade. NGC star is for excellent eye appeal, sometimes on morgan dollars if one side is proof like, it will get a star.

It was released with S over print, one have regular paper, one have special paper.
Sometimes coins will tone really well in older albums, I am not familiar with this one though.
