I think it is just very worn. I grade it FR-2 or AG-3.

Most Ikes are very difficult to obtain in MS66 or higher, and some rare varieties go for very large sums. They absolutely have real value.

That holder was made by a private company called Capital Plastics. They are sold without coins so collectors can assemble their own sets....

A coin with many marks can still be MS, but it will only be AU or lower if there is wear.
